Eagle Insights: Tool Time – Cable Twister

As always, we begin by double checking the info outlined on the traveler or spec sheet that came with the order, noting cable length, cable mix, and twist length. After assembling the right mix of wires, we set the twist length into the machine and hit the pedal to start twisting. As we twist, we keep an eye on the counter to track the number of twists and adjust the air pressure using the knob on the side. Once the cable is assembled, we double check the newly twisted length before passing along to QC.
